In this video coaches will learn over 15 lacrosse drills that help players move and think about the offensive and defensive skills. The drills are presented in a progressive manner with the effective balance between the white board and on the field action.
The drills are focused on up tempo, full field ball movement that will develop great fundamental, open field skills while providing much needed conditioning. Coach Taylor's coaching techniques really shine when guiding the players through the drills. She illustrates a great combination of positive reinforcement and instructional skills, while maintaining a fast paced practice.
Coach Taylor demonstrates 3- and 5-player weaves to demonstrate how you can teach your athletes the basic skills of transition offense.
